Dukatconsult was founded in 2007. The Company provide full range of services like business advisory, financial advisory, investment and merger consulting services. Our mission is to support our clients’ financial decision making in the course of the process of mergers and acquisitions by performing business and financial analysis, making alternative solutions, facilitiating the communication between the involved parties. The managing director of our Company gained his relevant experience by being CEO of financial services companies in this market segment.
